Terms and Conditions of Use
License for products purchased through 3DAcademy.
This license is valid only for products purchased in the 3DAcademy shop.
This license may be updated occasionally, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to read and understand this license.
If you have any doubts of any kind, please write to 3DAcademy4everyone@gmail.com.

The Author owns all rights to the material included in this product.

RIGHT OF USE:
Buyer is purchasing the rights of use, not the rights of possession of the product.
Buyer may not store this product in a network or on the internet where it may be in contact with third parties.
Buyer may not redistribute or resell a product, either in whole or in part, without the permission of the Author.

The Purchaser acquires and holds the copyright on all works created with this product only if the original material purchased, and present in this product, is not extractable in any way from his work.
If the Author can demonstrate that any part of his product can be extracted from the Purchaser's work, the Author may require that the work, and any copies thereof, be destroyed.

REFUNDS

You will only be entitled to a refund if the order was placed in error, in which case you must send an email to 3DAcademy4everyone@gmail.com within 3 hours of purchase. In this case you will receive a full refund except for any transaction fees calculated by PayPal.
There will be no refunds on orders placed more than 3 hours after the purchase, as we do not have control over the purchaser's viewing and do not know whether the course has already been viewed and enjoyed.
We reserve the right to evaluate each case and to issue a discount coupon valid for a subsequent purchase at our discretion.
You can cancel your account from this website at any time, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you have any questions regarding a product, or its compatibility, please contact us prior to purchase.
If the purchase was made by a company the products purchased cannot be transferred to another account or to another person.

PRIVATE TUTORING

Private hours have to paid in advance and upon invoice reception. The Purchaser is entitled to re-schedule the lessons within max 24 hrs before the meeting. Any appointment rescheduled with less than 24 hrs notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. After having used a min of 30% of the purchased hrs, the Purchaser is not entitled to any refund for the rest of the missing hours.

All the single or bundle lessons have a validity of 3 months from the purchase date.

USER LICENSE:
The Purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material contained in this product.
The Author represents that the material contained in this product is his own creation or derivative of material he has verified to be in the public domain.
The Author asserts that he has the legal authority to provide Buyer with a license to use the material contained in this product.
The Purchaser may use this material for commercial and/or non-commercial projects as long as the Author's product cannot be extracted and none of the above clauses have been violated.
Buyer may make a single backup copy of this product for personal use only.
Buyer may not in any way tamper with, disassemble, decompile the product files or use any other technique to derive and copy the source code.
The Purchaser retains this license even if the Author stops selling this product or decides to change its price.
The Author may revoke this license if it is determined that the Buyer has violated the terms and conditions of use listed above.
